BOGARD is 10 and he can't see or hear well and his owner took his ears. It looks like he hasn't had a great life but there is so much love inside this guy and he has the energy of someone half his age. Please take another look at this sweet, special needs buddy and SHARE, he doesn't have any interest and he doesn't have much time. Thanks!
