Overwhelmed senior dog shakes in terror in animal control

Dec 14, 2015

Carson Shelter:
A lovely senior dog arrived to the Carson Animal Control facility in Gardena, California, on Sunday and the environment is simply too much for her to bear. Shortly after her arrival, a video was taken of her trying to cope inside of her kennel run...the video of her curled up and shaking on the ground is heartbreaking.

The Facebook page, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs, wrote, "It was her first day in the shelter and we tried everything to get this sweet angel to look up but with each sound she shivered and shook even more. She is a sensitive little beauty and she needs help now."

The nine-year-old miniature Schnauzer, whose name is unknown, obviously has a sensitive personality and she desperately needs to feel safe. According to the facility, this dog is available for adoption on December 17. To learn more, please call the facility at 310-523-9566 - reference identification number A4904504. Petharbor link here.
