Do you recognize this gentleman if so PLEASE contact him asap. The money has been raised to get his buddy out but. they have no contact info and this dog is at HIGH risk of being KILLED. Long story short dog taken away he did not have money for fees and went to shelter and sat with him in tears... Please share. Thanks
