IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the current overwhelming increase of COVID 19 cases in LA County and the surrounding areas and for the safety, health and well-being of our staff and clients, starting Tuesday, 1/04/2022, and until further notice, the Leave No Paws Behind Veterinary Clinic will be returning to Curbside Concierge service only.

As an essential service, the Leave No Paws Behind Veterinary Clinic is committed to remaining open in an effort to provide great quality, low-cost care to your pets during these uncertain times. As such, we see patients by appointment only, no walk ins allowed. Once you arrive at your scheduled time, call us from your car at 626-667-7575 so we can serve you. Please see our protocol below.

Here at LNPB the health, safety and well-being of our staff, clients, and their pets is a top priority for us, therefore we have implemented the following COVID-19 policy and procedures and ask that you wear a mask and/or face covering when one of our staff members comes to retrieve your pet (s ) from your vehicle.

CURBSIDE / CONCIERGE PROTOCOL: When you arrive for your appointment we request that you call our Clinic (626) 667-7575 from your car. We will initiate your visit while on the phone with some general questions, and one of our Techs will come out to pick up your pet from your car and go over your reason for visiting us, any required forms, possible treatment plans, and any other concerns for your pet you may have. We do require that you wear a mask or face covering when interacting with our staff.

Once inside, our veterinarian will do a physical exam. When completed, the Dr will call you to discuss our findings and the recommended course of treatment. No treatment will be done until you approve the plan. Once the process has been approved by you and completed, the staff will call you and process payment over the phone. Our Tech will then bring your pet back to the car along with any medications, and discharge instructions etc. Please make sure you remain in the parking lot, with your cell phone on.

We thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time as we continue to strive to keep you, your pets, and our staff safe and healthy.
