Meet Lucky and Ginger ❤ I received this heart warming and heart breaking email. Now she started out asking if we could rehome them because they just cannot afford the medical care for them at this time. I asked if medical care could be provided would they consider keeping them in the only home they have never known and with the only humans they have ever loved, and was answered with a big yes and a lot of tears ❤ Now she told me another rescue offered to pay for services and help Lucky ( the little Yorkie ) and I asked " well what about Ginger " ? Well here at Leave No Paws Behind, Inc. we never leave anyone behind so even if the other org does not come through for Lucky , we have them both covered ❤ So in keeping with our mission to strive to keep pets and their loving humans together in their homes, they are both coming in to the Leave No Paws Behind Veterinary Clinic today ❤

" Hello, I have moved back with my parents due to Covid related issues. My dad currently has a teacup chihuahua and a mini Yorkshire terrier- both who are well over 15 years of age. These two have been with us since I was in elementary school and we love them dearly. Unfortunately, they are not in great condition in health. Both are losing their eye sight and for some reason are not able to hold down much weight. Their eating habits continue to be irregular and I have grown very worried about they're state. My dad wants the best for them and provides what he can however, with the pandemic straining our finances, we aren't able to afford visits to the vet to figure out what is wrong with them. In seeing both my dad and our dogs struggle I am hoping to find a home for these two together, where proper care can be provided until their time comes. I desperately want them to be comfortable in their last years, but i do not think we can provide that for them anymore. My dad has a lot of pride and cares so dearly that he does not want to consider putting them down. Therefore, I was hoping you could help us find a forever home for them where their needs can be met. If your organization is unable to find them homes I understand. Any sort of contact for where we can inquire for a more permanent home would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and i hope to hear from you soon. "

Happy New Year Jessica to you and your family, there’s no place like home ❤
