The fact that this big boy survived is nothing short of a miracle 🙏 The fact, that after all he has been through, he remains grateful, loving and trusting just reminds me how forgiving animals can be ❤️

Now both his elbows were bad however this one had exposed bone and I cannot even imagine the pain and suffering Ash endured for who know how longs 💔 We go back to him being chained, something or someone attacked him, he could not free himself and that resulted in all his injuries 🙁 Now there is no way this animal “ walked” anywhere, he was found in a ditch off the road where we believed he was dumped 🙁

Had it not been for Erin Nelsen stopping to help, he would not be here today 🙏 The good news is, thanks to DVM Alexis Cox and the entire medical staff at The Pet Doctors of Sherman Oaks, he is on the road to recovery, he is eating, gaining weight, healing and is just as sweet and loving as can be ❤️ Doc told me he should be ready to go to a loving home in about 10-14 days ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who donated to help us continue to help Ash ❤️ It only gets better from here big guy, we promise ❤️ We never gave up on him and he never gave up on us ❤️

Ash will soon be in need of a loving foster in the Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas. Please email info@leavenopawsbehind.com
